Q: Are virtual tours only for Real Estate?

A: No. Though virtual tours are great marketing tools for real estate, they are not limited to real estate. Virtual tours can be used in so many ways! They can be added to your website to give walkthroughs of businesses, clubs, restaurants, galleries, medical offices, stadiums, schools, churches, resorts, hotels, local areas of your town, RVs, horse trailers, hospitals, stables, and more. They can be used for events or to e-mail a walkthrough of a place or an area to another state or country. You name it.

Q: How long will my virtual tour be online?

A: Each virtual tour will be available online for 2 years (real estate)1 year (businesses), and can be renewed annually. There are NO monthly fees.

Q: What is a Marketing Partner ?

A: A Marketing Partner (MP) is a business or place that advertises on your virtual tour. An MP pays a certain amount per tour to have its active logo (with a direct link to their website) rotating on the upper right hand corner of your virtual tour. You can have up to 15 MPs but only up to 4 or 5 are recommended.

When an MP pays to advertise on your tour, your tour cost will be reduced... It would be possible to get your virtual tour at very low or no cost by using MPs. MPs are optional.

Q: Where can my virtual tour be seen?

A: All virtual tours can be displayed on your website, and featured on our website. Real estate virtual tours can be added to MLS with MLS compliant links, and can be added to REALTOR.com (free for showcase agents). When a tour is input into MLS, it also automatically uploads to numerous agency sites.

You can also purchase a copy of the virtual tour on CD that automatically plays when inserted into a computer.

Q: Can you add the link to MLS for me?

A: Yes or we can walk you through how to do it.

Q: Do you take MLS photos?

A: YES! We can take MLS photos while we do the virtual tour or they can be purchased separate from a tour.
